Policy:
1. Purchase Requirement: Customer needs a valid resale TaxID number in order to place order. Minimum purchase requirement is CAD100.00 per order.

2. Payment: VISA: Have you ever heard or experienced credit card fraud trouble on internet? This is the biggest threat to E-business world. That is why we do not want you to take a risk to submit your credit card number on our website. Once you have confirmed your order, our stuff will contact you for the financial information to process your order, we do not store your credit card number on our site.
COD: we only accept a bank certify check or money order. For other method of payment, please contact us.

3. Shipping Policy: All orders placed earlier than 11AM on Monday thru Friday, will be shipped on SAME DAY, others will be shipped on NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Shipping cost will be charged based on the freight weight and distance.
Exception: international order will be shipped by TNT and the shipping cost will be charged case by case.

we do not ship on Saturday. And some exceptions might be applied on busy season, holiday and weekend order.


For COD customer, we only accept bank certify check or money order. For other method of payment, please contact us.
Any returned COD shipment, there will be shipping charges plus handling fee C$5.00 will be applied.

4. Return Policy: • Upon receiving a shipment, if there are any damaged items or incorrect quantities, the buyer need to check the items and inform us within 30 days( via email or fax).
• Defective item(s) must be sent back to our warehouse via Canada post ground service.
• Once we receive your returned merchandise, freight will be reimbursed along with a credit note to your account , which will be credited towards your next purchase.
• Exchanges are available if the item is still in stock.
We take responsability for manufacturies damage in the following areas:
1. Lining defects
2. Zipper problems
3. Colors and stains from factory (any color transfers after opening the original package is not accepted)
4. Tarnished metal ware
5. Stitching defects
6. Handle defects
